The entire Verandah Staff is here to serve our owners and help make our tenant’s stay in one of our well managed properties a great experience. It is our goal to continually refine our procedures to be as efficient as possible so that we can address any questions or issues that may arise as quickly as possible. We’ve implemented many policies in our office with this goal in mind. Should you have suggestions on how we may serve you better, we’re here to listen. We all believe strongly in our local community as we’re certain you do. We feel one of the best ways to know someone’s intention is by the charities they support. You will find under each staff member’s name a few local charities that the member personally supports. For each new management account that comes in Verandah Properties, LLC will send $50 to one of the charities listed below, in a rotating basis. We will be sure to tell each new owner which charity is being supported by their patronage, and if the owner would like, we will give the donation in their name.
