If I refer my client to you, what will happen when they decide it's time to sell?
Make no mistake, your client is your client. Whenever your client is ready to dispose of their property by selling it, your client is referred back to you. We sign a contract called the Realtor Referral Contract which binds us to our word.
When do I get paid my referral fee?
We pay your referral fee once a new tenant has signed the lease and moved into the property which you have referred.
How will my client's property be managed?
We take great pride in our experience and management skills. We will make sure to maintain a strong working relationship with your client and only place qualified tenants into their investment property. We also communicate strongly with the tenants so that they know exactly what is expected of them in order to maintain and return the home in good condition. This will only strengthen your business bond with your client; they will know that you care about referring them to only outstanding service providers.
