Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor.

We are always looking for highly qualified vendors to team up with us to give our clients and our tenants the best possible service. We're excited about the services you may be able to provide us and look forward to speaking with you about the potential of becoming a vendor for Verandah Properties, LLC.

Please download both our Vendor Broker Agreement and our Vendor Information Form. You will also need to complete a W-9 and submit all of your updated licenses (as are necessary) as well as your current insurance policies.

Make sure that you have all of the following before emailing or faxing; we need all of the information to get you into the system:

• Vendor Broker Agreement
• Vendor Information Form
• Vendor ACH Form
• W-9
• Any Licenses Necessary for your Field
• Current Insurance Policy
